Hi there!

I have just found out that all my quizzes are not saving the results to the database. Can you help me, please?

A few days ago, I migrated my website to a new web hosting service, and since then quizzes results were not saved.

Hello,

Open "General" tab on "ARI Stream Quiz -> Settings" page and check that "Save results to database" parameter is set to "For all users".

Thank you for the reply.

That setting (Save results to the database) was already activated (For all users).

I also tried to change to "Ignore anonymous users" and saved, but it has not worked out.

What else can be done?

Could you provide a temporary access to backend part of your site by email so we can investigate the problem?

Yes, of course. What's your email?

In addition: I have just noticed that when I am logged in on Wordpress, quizzers results are being saved. However, when I am using Chrome on incognito mode, it does not work out.
