This problem with cache on hosting. Bluehost uses Varnish cache system and it caches the pages based on URL and lost all dynamic parameters. You can see that the results are saved if add a random parameter to an URL (e.g. yoursite.com/teste-de-refluxo-para-bebes-2/?123). This issue is not with the plugin, this problem with cache. Please contact hosting support and ask them to disable this cache or configure it is properly.

It's still not working... Bluehost cleared the cache and turned off Varnish. What's next?

Hi there! I fixed the issue, and now it is working properly. What I did: I deactivated and (re)activated SSL Insecure Content Fixer and WP Fastest Cache plugins. Many thanks. Best, Marcelo.

Sounds good Anywhere according to our previous post this was a problem with a cache because when URL is changed (added a parameter to the URL), it worked fine. We wrote about Varnish cache because previously we saw the similar problem on Bluehost with this cache type, but it seems this was a problem with WP cache plugin. Regards, ARI Soft

I am having the same problem. Is there a way to obtain results for previously submitted quizzes that did not show up in the database using the person's name or email?
