Hello, yesterday we created a trivia quiz and when we want to share our results via Facebook it doesn't show the results nor the image attached to the results. It only shows the link to the quiz and a default image. We've tried a lot of things, everything is activated in the settings of the pluggin in wordpress and also we tried creating the Facebook App ID for Ari Stream Quiz and it didn't work either. Please can you help me? I already send you guys 2 emails and haven't heard from you.

Do you use free or PRO version? Free version gets description from page with the quiz, PRO version includes quiz results.

Thank you your your help, we currently have the free version. We are thinking about upgrading to the PRO version so we can share our quiz results but I have one question, Im seeing that the price for the personal plan is $17, Is that monthly or per year?

Hello again, I already paid for the upgrade and received an email with a link to download a zip folder. After I download it, I open the readme file but doesnt explain to me how to install the upgrade. I also copy the API Key and paste it inside the setting of the pluggin where it says API Key (as it said in the page: "API key is required to update the extension automatically. Copy it and insert on plugin settings page. After this the extension will check updates automatically and offer to install them") but nothing happened, there's no change whatsoever. So I don't know what to do with that folder and its files. Can you please give me a hand?
