after creating a personality quiz - it will not load...just a spinning loading icon after hitting start.

Hello,

Try to enable "Prefetch quiz session" parameter on "ARI Stream Quiz -> Settings -> Advanced" page.

FYI - I just tried this on another website of mine and it worked...so it may be theme related? I will try a different theme and see what happens.

Yes - this seems to be theme related. The theme I was using that was failing is EnlightenVersion: 1.2.8 By AccesspressThemes. It works fine with the Wordpress 2019 theme.

Not sure what could be the issue with a theme...but worth investigating. I will try some other themes to see if I have the same issue.

Could you reproduce the problem on a test site and provide an access to WordPress backend and FTP access to plugins folder by email or provide the theme which causes the problem for investigation purpose so we can reproduce the problem on our test site?
