We investigated the problem and it causes by theiaStickySidebar jQuery plugin. It is used by the theme:

/wp-content/themes/enlighten/js/sticky-sidebar/theia-sticky-sidebar.js

and the code below causes the problem:

o.sidebar.find('script').remove();

It removes <script> tags from content which is generated by "ARI Stream Quiz" plugin.

I am having the same issue. There is a problem either with the start button at the beginning of the quiz, or if I toggle the option to start quiz immediately, the loading icon just keeps spinning. My quiz is here: manifestlight.org/spiritual-pathway-alignment-test/

Using theme "Assembler"
Tested theme "Twenty Twenty Four" and it still doesn't work

It periodically works when I go to the test through this link, manifestlight.org/?aristreamquiz=2 but then it will stop working too

Final Update: Added inline_scripts="1" to the shortcode, which solved the problem. So it reads [streamquiz id="2" inline_scripts="1"]
