How do I add a hidden text field to the opt-in form? (It's for segmenting MailChimp list by signup sources.)

Hello,

Currently the plugin doesn't provide a built-in form builder. It requires custom modification of the plugin to add new fields to lead form.

You're the expert, but isn't it just adding a hidden text field with a default value, such as the streamquiz id?
