Hi, how do I change the heading text for capturing name and email? It currently says "Complete the form below to see results". I have also added in my own text below it.

Hello, You can read here how to modify existing translation or create a new one. It is also possible to show some text before/after lead form, for this see "Custom content management -> Content before lead form" and "Custom content management -> Content after lead form" parameters on "Settings" tab from quiz edit page.
