Could you provide a link to a page where possible to see the problem? We can't reproduce it on our test server. It seems this is site specific problem (can be a problem with cache, 3rd party plugin and etc.).

Yes. I made various quizzes several times and tried trial and error, but the same problem occurs in any case.

Wordpress 5.1.1–ja
PHP5.6.36

From now on, I will try to stop other plug-ins and experiment.

Score range in result template settings accepts absolute values. Each correctly answered question gives 1 point to a quiz taker. When set 0 - 30 points range, it means the result template will be shown if quiz taker answers correctly 30 or less questions. The quiz contains only 6 questions so "Result A" is always shown.
