We don't see 404 error. We updated the quiz with long title (added ! to the title) and created a new test. You can check it on backend of your site. If the problem still occurs on your side, we can provide the refund because we can't reproduce the problem and investigate it.

Please try to change the quiz that has name of three letters. That is the one that makes problems.

Have a problem to open the quiz. Probably a conflict with a 3rd party plugin. We can provide the refund because doesn't have a quick solution how to fix it. In any case we will investigate it further to improve the plugin and avoid this problem in future.

Opening quiz takes a lot of time, but it loads in the end. Any change leads to 404 page. When I want to delete a quiz, it takes a lot of time. There is no problems with other plugins.

What is the refund procedure?
