Plugin Not Pushing from Dev to Test Environment 5 Years ago Karma: 0
The pro plugin works fine with my Pantheon dev environment but when I push my environment to the "test" environment, the plugin reverts to its old "free" version.

Dev site: plugin version 1.5 (the "pro" version)
Test site: plugin version 1.2.20 (the "free" version - which doesn't seem to want to upgrade)

No matter what I seem to do, nothing fixes it. I deleted the old plugin on both environments and that change worked in dev but apparently not on the test site - it still registers as the old 1.2.20 version. Please help!

Hello,

Download PRO version from "Member Area" on our site, delete free version and then install PRO like is described here. All quizzes from free version will be available after upgrade.

I deleted the free version, downloaded PRO, installed PRO according to the directions twice and my test environment still gave me that error. Except in my wordpress admin site view it gave me this code:

Could you provide a temporary access to your "test" env (WordPress credentials and FTP access to plugin folder) by email so we can investigate the problem?

I can give you temporary access, but Wordpress doesn't allow FTP access. en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/
