Just wondering if it is possible to include a value slider into a personality quiz question?

For example, I need to gather home value and interest rate in a couple of the steps. A slider that I could set for dollar values from $50,000 to $800,000 in increments of $10k and interest rates from 3% to 8% in increments of .25% would be much more user friendly than a long list of check boxes for each value.

Is there a way to do this or plans to add such a feature in the future? It would be very valuable for many businesses to have this feature and really make this plugin stand out to online marketers especially.
