Guys, how come I as a quiz maker can't get an e-mail with the results?

I specially switched Joomla Ari Quiz Pro to Stream Quiz Pro to get more up-to-date interface which I couldn't get on joomla version for a number of years. And now this devastating news...

Please, help me out with these things:
1) how can I get all the results sent on my e-mail? For me it's a crucial point.
2) how can I add a field "phone number"? If I want the user to leave just the name and number, no e-mail. In Ari Quiz you provided me with the custom way to do that. Could you help out here?


And two less urgent questions:

3) is there any plan to make it possible to send the result on viber/telegram?
4) a year or so in some thread you promised to enable making a separate page with the results on test completion. Has it been done or still in the pipeline? Having a link to it (as I do in Ari Quiz for Joomla) would be nice.
