Could you give a tip on a few more issues?

1) how can I make answering the question optional? If the person is not sure - they can skip one question and continue with the rest of the test instead of taking a wild guesss?
2) is it possible to get "finish the quiz button" for people, who have done, say, half of it? It would help to get their results even if they haven't accomplished everything.
