Hi. I previously started another thread about this; however, am compelled to start a new one because I'm not longer receiving responses to my concerns on that thread or to my direct messages to ARI.

I am trying to build a personality quiz. It has become increasingly slow on the back end as I try to input the questions and assign point values. It is slow to the point that it takes several minutes to process every click that I make, with multiple "this program has stopped responding" errors. It has become essentially unusable.

I was initially told ARI was putting out an update within a week of my initial complaint that would improve this. However, I was later told, that they decided not to make this update.

A lot of time and effort has been put into designing this quiz, with the intent of developing it in ARI based on their claims regarding the plugin's capabilities.

How do you suggest I move forward?
