I've noticed that people are taking the quiz and checking out the results, but I'm not getting the additional emails. I've just tested out the quiz and it seems that so long as they fill in their name and email address but don't click the box that gives permission to receive emails, they can still get their results by pressing the submit box. How can I make it so that they can't get any results unless they allow emails to be sent?
