Hello, yesterday I bought a PRO Version of ARI Stream Quiz and I have some questions/problems with your plugin. Can you help me?

1 - After I added a text in a "Content after result area", it now appears at the bottom of each quiz's setting page, no matter if it's a Personality quiz, or Trivia quiz . I used an HTML-code there, but even without HTML, a text still appears. I added screenshot of the problem. And by the way, I used your CSS-code to hide the results on the screen: ".quiz-result-wrapper {display:none!important;}" And just in case, here is my website

2 - Since I've added a CSS-code to hide the results, as I mentioned before, now I want to ask you - is there any way how to hide the results only on certain quizzes? Because I want to use a couple of quizzes as lead magnets, where users have to enter their email and get the results only on their email. But other quizzes have to show the results on the screen like it was before I added this code, and I want to use there some other settings too. Is there any way how to use separate settings like this for different quizzes?

3 - Is there any way how to hide blank square forms, when I don't use an image for the quiz's option in a question? Because I don't want to use images everywhere, I just want sometimes to put simple little buttons with options, without images. And it looks even worse from mobile phone, when there are blank square forms. Is there any way how to do it?

4 - On a "Ask confirmation" field in quiz's settings, how can I make an already enabled checkbox, but if someone will turn it off, then they can't send their email to me?

5 - For testing purposes, I used an "Add explanation" option for one of the questions in a Trivia quiz - I added a text there, but I don't see it anywhere, and I don't even know where it has to be shown. Probably it's not working for me. How to solve it?

Thanks in advance!

Hello,

1. Is it possible to see the problem anywhere? Could you provide direct link to a page where the problem occurs?

2. You can use quiz ID in CSS selector. For example if want to hide quiz with ID = 5 then use the following CSS rule:

Code:

.quiz-5 .quiz-result-wrapper {display:none!important;}

3. Could you provide an image where possible to see what you want to achieve?

4. Currently it is not possible to enable the checkbox by default. BTW it is prohibited by GDPR policy to enable similar checkbox by default. We will add an option to enable the checkbox by default in the next version of the plugin.

5. Open "ARI Stream Quiz -> Settings" page and check "Show result per question" parameter. Set it to "Immediately after user answer" or "When quiz is completed" value to see explanations.

In addition to #4, the plugin was updated. v. 1.5.44 supports "Ask confirmation -> Enable by default" parameter.

Thank you for a quick answer!

1 - Unfortunately, I can't show it to you, because it's in my Admin Panel, that's why I sent you a screenshot. This problem appears on any type of quiz and only if I use a text in a "Content after result area" field. If I go to: "Admin panel - ARI Stream Quiz - Quizzes" and I choose any quiz, then a text from that field appears at the bottom of each page there ("Characteristics - Questions - Settings") (I use your plugin with a Russain translation, so I might've used wrong names of these pages). But I hope that I explained it clearly, because my English is not so good.

2 - I deleted previous CSS rule that hid absolutely all of the quizzes page results, and I used your CSS rule for 2 of my quizzes (btw, all of my quizzes are not published yet, I use a preview mode for them). And I also created 2 other quizzes for testing purposes, however, the results page is still hidden for absolutely ALL of the quizzes, even for the new ones, which ID's I did not use in this CSS rule. Is this rule works only for published quizzes? Or there is some kind of mistake?

3 - I think I understand now, how it works. Before I wrote this, I used for example a question with 4 options, 2 of which were with images and 2 with no images. That's why it showed me blank square forms instead of simple buttons. But when I use all the options in a question with no images, then it works exactly how I want. So I guess it works okay for me!

4 - Thank you for such a quick fix, it works perfectly!

5 - Okay, now I get it, thanks.

Also, there is 1 more problem on my blog with this plugin - when on any quiz's settings I enable "Allow to share the results on social media" (or something like that in English), then on a result page (from my laptop) it shows me these repost buttons, but they look awful (I sent you a screenshot). And when I watch the results page from my Iphone, then it shows me a blank form with no repost buttons, but if tap somewhere on this form, then it redirects me to one of my social media accounts and offers me to do a repost. So I guess, these buttons are still there, but they are invinsible for some reason.

And again, just in case, here is a link to my website

Thanks in advance for your answer!

1. Could you reproduce this problem on demo site?

2. If particular quiz ID is used in CSS rule then it will be applied only for the selected quiz. Probably another CSS rule affects on it. It would be fine if you can provide a link to a page where the problem occurs. You can send it by email.

6. About buttons, it looks like a conflict with 3rd party plugin or theme styles. We will investigate this problem further if you provide a link to a page where it occurs.

№1 - If I understood you correctly, then here it is, right at the bottom of the page ("Test" text). - link

2 - I guess I did something wrong, that's why it didn't work, because I tested it again and now everything works perfectly! However, I want to ask you if it's possible to add in the future options "Show all questions at the end of quiz" and "Show right answers" NOT in a General Settings page, but on each quiz's page? (My translation of these options might be a bit off, because I use it in Russian, just reminding ). Because for such examples like mine, I would love to have an option to show/not to show answers and questions at the end, depending on using 'hide results' CSS rule or not. And I think that's a pretty useful thing for other users of your plugin too. But untill then, can you give me please CSS rules for both of these options that I wrote you about above, so they WON'T be shown only on certain quizzes, just like you gave me a CSS rule for hiding the results before?

№6 - I made a link of a non-published test quiz with an example of how this problem with repost buttons occur. I hope that I understood you right. If not, then please tell me what to do. (I made this unpublished link viewable btw!). Here it is - Something is hidden for guests. Please login or register to see it.

And also I want to ask you a couple of other questions: a) Are you planning to add a confirmation email on Mailerlite service, just like you did it on Mailchimp? I personally would love to see that. And b) Is it possible to add an "autocomplete" function of all the fields, which are intended for getting the results of quizzes? (or at least an autocomplete email field)? Because it would make life easier for many users imo.

Thanks in advance for your answer!
