Hi, I would like to make sure that the Name and Email field is also displayed in the Email template.
How can I go about inserting these fields?

{$score} contains earned score for personality
{$userScorePercent} contains number earned points in percent from maximum points for personality
{$maxScore} contains number of maximum points for the selected personality
{$title} contains personality name
{$content} contains personality description
{$image} contains personality image
{$quiz} contains quiz name
{$url} contains page URL
{$summary} contains summary with all personalities like on quiz results page
{$summarySecondary} contains summary with all personalities except main personality
