Sorry for the delay.

1. [embed] shortcode is inserted <iframe> element with YouTube video. It doesn't contain any link to the lightbox is not attached to it. It will work if a shortcode shows a preview image and wrap it with link to a video.

2. Could you specify where we can see the gallery on your page? Could you provide a screenshot and highlight the gallery on it?
