Hello and thank you for your work on this free plugin.

I am noticing some inconsistencies between the Report, Results, and Custom Report screens for my latest quiz.

At time of writing, on the Report screen, it shows 159 Completed. At the top it says "Show statistics since: April 17, 2020 7:22 pm," when the quiz was created. On the Results screen, the four results are 10, 17, 89, and 19 for a total of 135. And on the Custom Report screen, filtering from Apr 17 or even before the quiz was created to tomorrow's date, the Completed number is 160.

Why the inconsistencies? Do these numbers mean different things?
