I made an ARI Quiz Pro purchase this Friday morning, and the amount was deducted from my card, but I didn't receive the product. I would like to know how to proceed to receive the Ari Quiz Pro, I need it urgently.

The product was made available and I already installed it. However, when I try to insert a trivia shortcode into a post, the following message appears:
"There is a critical error on your site. Learn more about debugging in Wordpress."
What do I do?

Hello,
Nobody has reported about the similar problem. It seems this is a problem with 3rd party extension. Could you check web server error log and send an error which occurs? It helps to identify the reason of the problem.
