I have opened the "Settings" tab on the quiz page and checked "collect users' data" and "ask user name" and "ask email" and also "MailChimp Integration" (as seen in screenshot) but the end of the quiz shows the personality immediately after the user enters name and email, and no one is added to Mailchimp!

Please can you help me get Mailchimp working correctly as I have all the appropriate settings are in place, thanks

No it is single opt in. Does it have to be double?

Just to clarify the list I want to allocate against the quiz against doesn't even come up, it just says none

It is not obligatory to enable double opt-in, but when this option is enabled, user should accept an invitation before adding to a list.

Do you mean you don't see lists in quiz settings in "Mailchimp lists" drop-down? Could you provide a temporary access to your WordPress backend by email so we can investigate the problem?
