Problems with updating in WordPress 3 Years, 1 Month ago

Every time I try to update the plugin when an update is available, I get the following error:
Updating Plugin ARI Stream Quiz (1/1)
Downloading update from www.ari-soft.com/wordpress/aristreamquiz_download.php?api_key=5d6d9b4bc422c5c00272969e66366428…
Unpacking the update…
An error occurred while updating ARI Stream Quiz: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature
