Hello,

Follow this instructions please.

Before update open "ARI Stream Quiz -> Settings -> Advanced" page and make sure "Clean uninstall" checkbox is UNCHECKED. After this you can delete/uninstall the plugin and install Pro version. All quizzes from free version will be available in PRO. You can also create database backup before the update.

Is it a problem to download the plugin from Member Area? or install it on your WordPress site via "Upload Plugin" option?

PS: We can help to install the plugin if you provide a temporary access to your Wordpress backend by email
