You can use POEdit tool and modify <plugin_directory>/languages/ari-stream-quiz-ru_RU.po file or use Loco Translate plugin and modify RU translation. Regards, ARI Soft

Strange. The Loco Translate plugin has a russian translation of the "continue" button and there is also a language file ari-stream-quiz-ru_ru. But it is not translated on the working quiz page.
