Hello, when a user takes a quiz and gets a result, an email is also sent to the user, but not all users are saved under "Results". Some do and some don't, I can't figure out what could be wrong.

If I clear the Cache (I use the Autooptimize plugin), then the first result is saved, but not after that. I've also tried uninstalling the autooptimize plugin, but I have the same problem.
