Thanks, but that still is incorrect?
It now show the wrong menu items. These are the MAIN MENU items however we selected TOP menu items on your "Menu Name" selection

We have set module position to "position-1", set "Published" parameter to "Published", set "Menu Assignment -> Module Assignment" parameter to "All Pages". About the second question, the module shows main menu because "Main Menu" menu is selected in "Menu name" drop=down, set it to "Top menu":

When we change it to "Top menu" and save module settings, the module shows top menu.

The Top Menu should show: Home, About, Neighborhoods @ Work, Head Start...

Sorry for misunderstanding. "ARI Ext Menu" and "ARI YUI Menu" modules are installed on your site and we have configure "ARI Ext Menu", but you mean "ARI YUI Menu". Now "ARI YUI Menu" is configured and shows "Top" menu.
