I am using your (fantastic!) module for my main menu. However I like the "tabs" the template uses for the original top menu at user3. When I added your module I lost the look of the menu. Either I am not doing something right or is it not possible to keep the original tabbed menu look?

www.mabelandtitus.com is the page where you can see your module at work but it should be tabs similar to the tabs a browser has.

Thanks again!

Hello,

Information about module styles and HTML layout can be found here. It should be useful if you want to create modify menu look and create custom CSS styles.

Thank you for the quick response and answer. However I am a noob and am just now learning HTML, CSS and web design with Joomla!.

I fear changing the HTML or CSS would set me back further than I already am!

After reading and if I understand correctly (which is probably not the case) I can have your module read the css file for the default menu format and recreate it with the submenus that I add? Or I am wrong and way out of my league and comfort zone. Both menus are live so you can see the default and the YUI menu.

Thanks again!

Each site template uses own HTML layout and styles for default menu and it requires to use custom CSS rules if necessary that 3rd party menu module looks like default site template menu.

You are correct, it is the default template menu. I will have to read up and and create a CSS rule to use the default menu style. I am assuming it would go in the CSS style box on the module edit page.

Thanks again for the prompt response and the information!
