z index issue

I am having issues with the dropdown menu falling behind a flash video that is below it. The issue occurs in IE and Chrome. I have tried putting a z index in several locations but can't seem to fix it. indevsystems.com/ Thanks!

Hello, This problem with Flash object. Set "wmode" parameter to "transparent" value instead of "window" for Flash object. Regards, ARI Soft
