thanks, I guess it is working now. It is showing email addresses on my mailerlite subscribers tab but the emails are not getting assigned to the group I select. Here is my setting, let me know if I am doing something wrong.

Probably double opt-in option is enabled in MailerLite settings (check it on MailerLite side). In this case a user will be assigned to list(s) only if accept a confirmation email which is sent by MailerLite. BTW, you can also enable "App log" and "Debug log" in "CF7 Connector" settings and check them after CF7 form submission. Regards, ARI Soft
