I have been patient. Even after purchase, your wares still claim to do one thing, that doesn't work - which you refuse to answer about. You have refused to explain or answer just why we fill in the data on the right side of your pane and why we have to edit every article and insert the code manually. You refuse to answer about documentation, you refuse to answer all questions (three if I remember), and it takes 24 hours for a single reply that doesn't answer a thing. Anyone can cut & paste code, it takes an honest person (company) to read the question and answer it without a generic cut & paste.!

I have no more time to waste with this one because it is simple - I am NOT opening the dashboard to some 30 authors, and instructing them on editing your 'codes'. So, it doesn't work as stated. I think your wares are "non refundable" and are 'domain specific'. Would you please provide the complete UNinstall instructions - again - documentation would be nice.
Then may I resell this to someone else who won't mind re-coding every article?
Or, have I bought a group of text files I can't use?

At first our response time is less than 24 hours. It can be seen by time of posts from this topic. We try to provide answers immediately but our timezone (+02:00 UTC) can differ from your timezone. Yes, plugin requires to specify some parameters like category, section or author ID that it knows what articles should be selected, otherwise how it can know what it should display? About refund, we can provide it without problem, but confirm it by email. If you want to uninstall extension, open "Extensions -> Install/Uninstall" page on Joomla! backend and uninstall the component from "Components" section and "ARI Smart Content" plugin from "Plugins" section.

How do I uninstall your products now?

I think you might find more spare time for yourself if you created some kind of documentation.
